REIKI
Reiki is a form of energy healing that was founded by Mikao Usui in Japan. Reiki healing is an incredible stress buster and relaxer for the body and mind and can speed up the healing process on many blocks. Having regular reiki sessions is a great way to achieve balance in your mind, body and soul.
CRYSTAL HEALING
Crystal Healing is the laying of crystals on certain areas of the body to promote healing and balance. Different crystals carry different frequencies and properties. In a crystal healing session, the crystal therapist will intuitively place the relevant crystals on various areas of the body according to what needs to be addressed in the session.
SOUND HEALING
Sound Healing is the use of crystal bowls, chimes, tibetan bowls, shamanic drums and gongs to bring the body back to a place of harmony. It invites deep levels of relaxation on a cellular level, removes energetic blocks from the body and encourages the mind and body to destress and relax.
TAROT CARD READING
Tarot cards are a great way to gain insight into your unconscious, your energy and where you are at on your path right now. There are 78 cards in the original deck corresponding to all walks of life. If you feel like you’re stuck in a rut or just want some advice on your career or love life, a tarot card reading is definitely for you!
What to expect in a tarot card reading?
Clarity, reassurance and direction. We will look at what is happening energetically for you at the moment, any blocks that are standing in your way of achieving what you want and answers to your questions.
